Responsibilities include the total operation of an assigned manufactured home community with the understanding of the goals and objectives that will increase the property values as set forth in the asset management plan.
Responsible for collection of lot rents, property inspections (issuing/enforcement of violation notices), supervision of staff and contracted service providers.
Must respond to maintenance emergencies.
Three (3) years work history and experience in the field of property management, with an understanding of contractual negotiations, maintenance and construction issues and employee relations with emphasis on strong interpersonal skills and basic computer skills.
