The Facilities Maintenance Manager will oversee the maintenance and repair of machinery, equipment, and building.
This is a full-time on-site role located in Shortsville, NY, less than 30 miles outside of Rochester, NY.
The Facilities Maintenance Manager will build and manage a team of facilities maintenance staff and ensure that all equipment and facilities are operating efficiently and safely.
This role will also be responsible for managing preventive maintenance schedules and overseeing building maintenance projects.
Essential Job Functions Managing all aspects of maintenance, including, but not limited to:
Maintenance scheduling, Machine repair, Electrical, HVAC and plumbing services, Janitorial, Waste disposal, Vending services, Building and ground maintenance, etc.
Building and managing Facilities Maintenance Team.
Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Ensuring a constant security presence.
Installing and maintaining adequate communications infrastructure.
Requirements:
Must have a positive & friendly attitude.
Bachelor's degrees in Engineering preferred, will consider those with strong background and experience in lieu of degree.
Minimum 5 years in facilities management.
Minimum 2 years in supervisory/leadership role.
Strong organizational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong presentation skills effective across a broad range of audiences.
Demonstrated proficiency with Excel, Word, and Power Point.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
