Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Job Dispatcher to oversee the scheduling and coordination of our field operations.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in dispatching, logistics, and communication, ensuring that our exterior cleaning crews are deployed effectively to meet client expectations.
Key
Responsibilities:
1.
Scheduling and Coordination:
- Efficiently assign and schedule exterior cleaning jobs to field crews based on location, skills, and equipment requirements.
- Optimize routes and prioritize assignments to maximize productivity and minimize travel time.
2.
Communication:
- Serve as the main point of contact between clients and field crews.
- Communicate job details, specifications, and any changes to field crews in a clear and timely manner.
- Handle client inquiries and concerns professionally and diplomatically.
3.
Logistics Management:
- Monitor and manage the availability of equipment and resources needed for exterior cleaning jobs.
- Ensure that crews have the necessary tools, supplies, and information to complete each job successfully.
4.
Problem Solving:
- Address and resolve any scheduling conflicts, delays, or issues that may arise during field operations.
- Collaborate with team members to find effective solutions to challenges in real-time.
5.
Documentation:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of job schedules, crew assignments, and client information.
- Generate reports on job completion, crew performance, and other relevant metrics.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Job Dispatcher or in a similar role within the exterior cleaning industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with scheduling software and dispatching tools.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to make quick decisions under pressure.
- Knowledge of exterior cleaning processes and equipment is a plus.
